Sakarya University’s Graduate School of Business was established by Law No. 1080 dated 11.09.2017. The school accepted new students in 2018 with 5 Departments and 19 programs according to the “Regulation on Graduate Education” and the “Regulation on Organization and Operation of Graduate Schools”. However, these departments’ and programs’ histories are dated back to 1993 when they were under the Sakarya University Institute of Social Sciences before joining the Graduate Business School.
The Graduate School of Business currently has a total of 21 programs in the fields of Business Administration, Human Resources Management, International Trade, Health Management, and Management Information Systems. It offers daytime, evening, weekend and distance education courses at the PhD, Master's (with and without thesis) levels. The School has a lean organizational structure with its departments, which focus directly on the basic disciplines and functions related to the field of business. With this advantage, it aims to respond more quickly to the expectations of its stakeholders by adapting to the changing needs of global business education.
